If an extension doesn't work for you, email support@baneetools.com within 14 days of buying and you get a full refund.

How it works

Send your order number or the email you bought with.
The refund goes back through Lemon Squeezy to the card or account you paid with. Your bank decides how fast it shows up, usually within a few business days.
Your licence key is switched off when the refund goes through.

We still help. Open Settings in the panel, press Copy log and email it to us, and we'll work out the problem.
