These terms cover the Premiere Pro extensions on baneetools.com: RE:USE, NestFlow and Motion Library. They are made and sold by Branko Tomić (Banee), Belgrade, Serbia.

Buying

Orders are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. They take the payment, add tax where it applies and send your receipt. Their buyer terms cover the payment itself.

Your licence

• A paid licence is for one person and works on up to 2 computers at a time.
• Use the extensions for personal and client work, commercial projects included.
• Don't share, resell or publish your licence key or the extension files.
• Updates for the extension you bought are free.
• Motion Library is free and needs no key. The same rules apply to it.

New computer

Deactivate the licence in the panel's Settings on the old computer, then activate it on the new one. If the old computer is gone, email us and we'll free the slot.

No warranty

The extensions are provided as they are. Try them on a copy of your project first and keep backups of important work. We aren't responsible for lost work or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the extension.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. A licence can be switched off if these terms are broken. Serbian law applies.
